Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retention Account Executive to join our team at DISH. As a key member of our Inside Sales & Retention team, you will be responsible for selling DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, assessing their needs, and offering the best value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value
  • Demonstrate resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges
  • Effectively manage time and open to learning new methods
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Document customer information
  • Provide excellent customer service

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $17.75/hour base pay plus uncapped commission. Our top performers make well over six figures annually You'll also have the opportunity to promote two levels within your first year with commensurate title and hourly pay increase.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred
  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test
  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities
  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules
  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection
