About the Role

Cox Communications is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Retention Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and retention team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales and retention targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and retention targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
