About the Role

The Regional Account Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies, drive sales presentations, and close growth opportunities within an assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within assigned base accounts
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and retention
  • Drive sales presentations and close growth opportunities within an assigned region
  • Assist with onboarding and training of newly hired sales team members
  • Participate in webinars, conferences, and other corporate events as applicable
Requirements
  • Approximately 75% travel required
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
  • Minimum 5+ years' combined experience in healthcare account management, sales, and training
  • Valid driver's license and ability to do overnight and air travel
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and motivational style
  • Tactical and strategic thinker
  • Able to embrace and lead change management
