Job Summary

As a key member of the LKQ team, the General Manager will be responsible for leading the branch's operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory management, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in distribution and manufacturing.
