We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Advancement to lead our revenue growth strategy and drive fundraising efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan to increase revenue and achieve our mission goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a revenue growth strategy to achieve $25M in revenue over 5-8 years
  • Lead the Directors of three teams: Stewardship, Membership, and Marketing to achieve their outcomes
  • Build a nationwide team of Major Gift Officers and develop a portfolio management and forecasting system
  • Analyze data, including forecasting and performance to goals, to inform decision-making
  • Develop and manage operating budgets and financial plans
  • Collaborate with the President and other senior leaders to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in strategy development and delivery
  • Ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Financial acumen and ability to develop and manage budgets
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
