Customer Support Specialists

We are actively seeking Customer Support Specialists for our esteemed client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients, retirees, and beneficiaries. We are looking for individuals who are driven and dedicated to providing outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming service center inquiries from clients.
• Analyze historical data to furnish clients with essential information.
• Address and resolve client inquiries efficiently, minimizing the need for follow-up.
• Investigate and evaluate information to validate concerns and identify potential solutions.
• Navigate challenging customer interactions, respond swiftly to client needs, and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
• Reduce customer wait times and prevent unnecessary callbacks or escalations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service within member benefits, sales, fast-paced retail, banking, or similar fields.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Capability to engage with a variety of personalities in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Sound judgment and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Automatic Call Distribution Systems (ACD).
