**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Assist clients with their travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the travel process
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
**Requirements**
* 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Advanced knowledge of Sabre and other GDS systems
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
