As a Customer Operations Support Specialist at Nauset Disposal, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be central to our customer service operations for Site Services, ensuring high-quality service in every interaction. In a bustling office environment, this team member will address customer and driver inquiries while also acting as a Site Services representative, residential contact, billing authority, and dispatcher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing new client accounts
  • Managing customer billing processes, including the creation and distribution of invoices
  • Coordinating service requests
  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries related to billing, service questions, and general concerns
  • Updating customer records in the service database during and after each interaction
  • Maintaining professionalism with clients to foster positive relationships and build customer loyalty
  • Resolving service-related issues by identifying the customer's complaint, determining the root cause, and providing effective solutions
  • Scheduling, managing, and closing daily routes for drivers
  • Assisting drivers with route-related inquiries and resolving their issues
  • Collaborating with maintenance personnel to ensure vehicles are ready for service
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate

Job Type: Part-time
