About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Liaison to join our team at Del Amo Behavioral Health System. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new referral sources, maintaining and growing existing relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new referral sources, including hospitals, group homes, and independent living facilities
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships with referral sources, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment programs that meet the needs of our patients and referral sources
  • Assist with the development of promotional materials and activities to promote our hospital and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and healthcare partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, or Business
  • Minimum of two years of sales or direct marketing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
