Job Description

At Neo Enterprise, we are committed to delivering premium marketing and sales campaigns that leave a lasting impression on our customers. Our Business Development Representative team plays a crucial role in achieving this goal by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, customer service, and advertising teams to ensure seamless communication and completion of the enrollment process.
  • Utilize a personal customer service approach to interact with customers directly and provide knowledgeable and friendly support.
  • Assist the sales team by providing top-notch customer service to current and potential customers to help increase weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all data during customer renewal or acquisition enrollment processes.
  • Attend meetings in person and via zoom to increase client knowledge and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a relevant subject preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
  • Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, team player with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented individual with an inquisitive nature and the desire to solve problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
