Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the industrial industry. The ideal candidate will build and maintain key relationships within new and current accounts, develop new business with the assistance of inbound leads, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to problem-solve and deliver precise solutions. The successful applicant will stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have at least an associate's degree in engineering, preferably, or a business degree with technical experience. Proven experience in capital/industrial equipment sales is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel in the territory 25% of the time is also required.
