Regional Sales Manager (HVAC/Plumbing) Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Greene Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and marketing campaigns
  • Provide sales forecasts and conduct competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC/Plumbing industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
