We are currently in search of a proficient Administrative Coordinator to support the CEO.


The Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting the CEO with a variety of personal and professional responsibilities, ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization. This role demands outstanding organizational capabilities, confidentiality, and the aptitude to handle diverse tasks, encompassing administrative functions, project assistance, and personal support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the CEO's schedule, arrange meetings and appointments, while proactively identifying potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Organize travel logistics, including flight bookings and accommodation arrangements.
  • Provide administrative assistance for special initiatives, including conducting research and performing data analysis.
  • Manage personal commitments, errands, and household responsibilities as required.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism, ensuring adherence to company protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative coordinator supporting C-Suite executives.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
