We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Project Management/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will collaborate with our talented team of engineers, architects, and administrative professionals to provide cutting-edge design solutions across a variety of projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management Assistant Duties:
  • Assist in the initiation and oversight of project activities
  • Examine contract documentation to ensure adherence to standards
  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
  • Oversee the management of sub-consultants and subcontractors
  • Support the development of project staffing strategies
  • Help track timecards and expenses
  • Facilitate project invoicing processes
Administrative Assistant Duties:
  • Manage reception responsibilities and office communications
  • Provide assistance with research, document preparation, and proofreading
  • Compile expense reports and support accounting functions
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires
  • Assist the marketing team with event planning
  • Oversee the usage and maintenance of company vehicles
  • Organize office events and community outreach initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in project management and administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Self-driven and proactive in approach
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment
