Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Monday-Friday, 11:00am-7:00pm

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator fluent in both English and Spanish to support our HR department. This position plays a vital role in the recruitment process by managing scheduling, onboarding, and various administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and optimal time management
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, managing new hire documentation, and liaising with various departments
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining candidate databases, generating reports, and managing correspondence
  • Utilize Spanish language proficiency to effectively engage with Spanish-speaking candidates and stakeholders, fostering an inclusive recruitment process
  • Perform office-related tasks pertinent to recruitment, such as organizing files, managing schedules, and upholding a professional workspace

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiar with standard office equipment
  • Excellent telephone manners and the capacity to handle sensitive discussions with professionalism
  • High attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to multitask successfully
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or coordination role is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with a diverse team
