Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly capable and driven IT Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, outstanding project management abilities, and a dedication to delivering superior IT solutions to our clients. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects while adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints. This position necessitates a profound comprehension of technical principles, exceptional project management expertise, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate detailed project plans that delineate phases, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Lead and supervise multiple simultaneous technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope and budget.
  • Engage closely with clients to grasp their business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, inclusive of timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
  • Manage budgeting and billing reconciliation as part of project closure.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and relay updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards and fulfill client expectations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and support IT solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on project performance utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical/business discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management leadership and facilitation.
  • Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Wrike).
  • Expertise in workflow mapping and scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of fundamental business principles, including revenue, costs, billing, scheduling, resource allocation, and client relations.
