Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our established Commercial Drywall/Metal Framing Contractors team. This is a remarkable opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing group of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial drywall and carpentry projects
- Analyze bid requests to define project scopes and collaborate with architects, general contractors, and building owners to deliver solutions
- Interpret blueprints and specifications for accurate project bidding
- Provide detailed, informative, and precise takeoffs of required materials
- Identify opportunities for alternative submissions
- Submit bids ahead of deadlines
- Cultivate client relationships, follow up on bids, and track job progress
- Manage material procurement and coordinate onsite delivery
- Perform additional functions as necessary or assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Drywall/Metal Framing Construction as a Project Manager or Estimator
- Self-motivated with a coachable mindset
