Job Description

Job Summary: SVA Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Associate to join our Business Applications Delivery team. This entry-level position is crucial in supporting the operations of our team by coordinating schedules between clients and SVA business consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage schedules between clients and SVA business consultants to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Assist in the operational support of the Business Applications Delivery team, enabling smooth workflow and project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling and logistics.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate and up-to-date project timelines and status reports.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation and client-facing materials.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Business Applications Delivery team as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
