Position Overview:


The Project Manager (PM) is a seasoned professional responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. The PM ensures that all assigned staff meet project budget, schedule, and profitability objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the procurement process and managing trade contracts
  • Conducting project meetings and preparing reports
  • Serving as the primary contact for all business and contractual matters
  • Collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent
  • Balancing time between office duties and field visits

The PM is dedicated to providing exceptional service to colleagues, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory officials.


Ideal Candidate:
The preferred candidate will possess:
  • A four-year degree in engineering or a construction-related field
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • A portfolio showcasing successful project completions on time and within budget
  • Expertise in interpreting construction documents, including plans and specifications
