Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple negotiated retail development projects concurrently.
  • Ensure projects are finalized on schedule, within financial parameters, and meet high-quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Track project progress and implement adjustments as needed to guarantee success.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and coordinate activities across departments.
  • Support the planning and execution of multifamily and hospitality projects as required.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience, particularly in negotiated retail development.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting and tracking.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ambitious and results-oriented, with a passion for excellence.
  • Familiarity with multifamily and hospitality projects is advantageous.
