ActionLink is looking for a dedicated individual to represent Nespresso and promote their premium coffee machines.

The Coffee Sales Specialist will act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Nespresso, showcasing their innovative espresso and coffee machines. This role is part of a national promotional initiative within select high-end retail locations. You will engage with customers, providing live demonstrations that highlight the superior quality and technology of Nespresso products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a deep understanding of the Nespresso brand.
  • Conduct engaging coffee tastings and machine demonstrations tailored to customer preferences.
  • Drive product sales and registrations through effective presentations and coffee expertise.
  • Utilize positive closing techniques to convey Nespresso's commitment to sustainability.
  • Educate store staff on Nespresso products to enhance customer interactions.
  • Manage the Nespresso Trade mobile application for product registrations and orders.
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing demo area in compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with retail staff and management.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product updates.
  • Provide feedback and insights through surveys after each demonstration.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, sales, or training environments.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for coffee and related beverages.
  • Previous experience in food demonstrations is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an engaging demeanor.
  • Comfortable presenting to both individuals and groups.

Physical Requirements

  • Must maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. without assistance.
  • Access to a personal smartphone and Wi-Fi-enabled device for work-related tasks.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
