Job Overview

C-4 Analytics is a leading digital marketing company that helps automotive dealerships increase sales and market share. We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to join our team and expand our presence in the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the automotive dealership market and a knack for identifying and engaging dealer groups. They will be responsible for developing and executing dealership group sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute dealership group sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise-level dealerships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a successful track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices in the enterprise market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other sales-related software tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and effectively navigate the complexities of the enterprise market.
