Job Title: Sales Director

At The Workplace Group, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue across all channels: group and broker/partnership networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across all channels: group and broker/partnership networks.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals across B2B and with brokers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with group clients, brokers and partners to drive consistent sales and partnership growth.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance, ensuring visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Provide input on marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition, aligning sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Set, hit (and exceed) sales targets, unlocking commission and bonus opportunities along the way.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, and understand customer needs to help refine product offerings.


We offer a competitive salary of $120,000, plus commission and bonuses with a pathway to $165,000 or more. You will also have the opportunity to shape and lead the sales strategy for a fast growing legal services company.
