Job Summary

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales to join our West Coast region.

The ideal candidate will live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware.

The salary for this position is approximately $150,000 per year, plus a 25% bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the organization's operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies of Discovery Senior Living.
  2. Communicate a clear, resident-focused vision to communities.
  3. Review annual resident satisfaction survey and develop programs to ensure and increase resident satisfaction.
  4. Manage the Executive Director of each community and hold them accountable for achievement of community-specific and organization-wide goals.
  5. Develop plans to meet NOI expectations with each Executive Director.
  6. Ensure budgeted revenue is achieved or exceeded by maximizing occupancy.
  7. Develop and execute plans to increase occupancy.
  8. Review monthly financial statements and implement plans of action with Executive Director for deficiencies.
  9. Maintain strong knowledge of competition.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a Senior Living leadership role that includes Sales/Operations responsibilities.
