Director of Americas and Europe Sales

The Industry Sales Director plays a critical role in driving TerraCycle's growth and expansion into new markets. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, this position oversees the development and execution of industry sales strategies across the Americas, UK, and Europe.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams. A proven track record of success in sales leadership, coupled with a passion for sustainability, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement industry sales strategies to meet or exceed KPIs
- Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams in the Americas, UK, and Europe
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Assess sales tools and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
