Overview:

The Branch Operations Leader is tasked with managing the sales activities of a designated branch with the objective of enhancing profitability. This role involves overseeing branch functions, recruiting, developing, and retaining personnel in accordance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute sales tactics and management protocols
- Create workflows, procedures, and guidelines impacting personnel
- Recruit, train, and oversee branch personnel
- Discover new sales prospects within the community
- Ensure the safety of delivery vehicles and equipment
- Meet product line sales targets
- Analyze daily reports and uphold company standards
- Address employee and customer satisfaction matters
- Maintain sales and profit targets
- Carry out additional duties as required

Required Qualifications:

- Capability to engage with clients and inspire team members
- Background in business operations and sales activities
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and distribution operations technology
- Understanding of industry regulations

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in branch management
- Familiarity with fasteners and electronic hardware is advantageous
