About the Role:

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a skilled Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Healthcare Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
  • Determine the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing, and resolve return credit problems.
  • Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, requiring the ability to recognize deviations from accepted practice.
  • Receive general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and time management abilities.
  • Collaboration and open communication skills in a team environment with conflict resolution.
  • Work flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical skills.
