Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and efficient customer service to Health Plan members and providers via phone.
- Accurately document and update member records in the system.
- Make outbound calls to patients and members as needed.
- Adhere to established office procedures and protocols.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment or within the medical field.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
