Sodexo Facilities Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee projects within the Facilities Engineering Department at a prominent healthcare institution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
    2. Team Leadership: Lead and direct a team of project administrators, superintendents, and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    3. Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and resolution of issues.
    4. Quality Control: Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
    5. Coaching and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, promoting their growth and career advancement.
    6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and effectiveness.
    7. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability.
