Position Overview:

The Project Manager - Strategic Projects will be a self-driven individual contributor, taking ownership of projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability in achieving objectives. You will Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure project objectives are aligned and met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including defining scope, setting milestones, and identifying resources.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation of decisions and action items.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Minimal travel required; 10%.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Some experience in managing cross-functional and strategic projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.
Location and Workplace Flexibility: We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
