Innovative Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Project Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our Facilities Engineering Department, you will be responsible for overseeing projects within our facilities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Prepare project status reports, ensure work adheres to contract specifications, and coordinate project communication and turnover process between departments.
- Leadership: Lead and direct the work of others in a healthcare environment, effectively communicate corporate information to the project team, and maintain updated project files.
- Project Administration: Direct and supervise the work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operation priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships.
- Cost Management: Responsible for the overall management of the project, including resources, schedule, and cost tracking, to ensure complete solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality control and hold supervisors accountable for their deliverables, while maintaining hospital values.
- Staff Development: Coach and develop staff, develop PCRA and ILSM for all assigned projects, and implement and monitor Safety and Hazard communication programs.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of basic management experience
- 5 years of basic functional experience
