The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree with a solid understanding of adult education principles. A minimum of five years in luxury retail is preferred. Strong skills in facilitation and instructional design are essential. Exceptional verbal, written, and communication abilities are crucial. Familiarity with DISC, EQI, and the Kirkpatrick Method is also required. This position entails approximately 30% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Director of Training, you will oversee the implementation of all retail training initiatives utilizing diverse learning modalities. Collaborate with the Director to evaluate, modify, and create training materials to address identified skill gaps within the region. This position is primarily based in New York City.

In this role, your tasks will include:

  • Leading transversal retail projects and developing content to meet business requirements and new initiatives
  • Conducting train-the-trainer workshops for current retail training programs, both virtually and in-person
  • Compiling training summaries and follow-up action plans
  • Providing assessments for post-training activities to illustrate training ROI
  • Supporting regional trainers through co-facilitation, business insights, training strategies, and communication
  • Overseeing onboarding guidelines and HQ initiatives
  • Enhancing knowledge sharing through BLOOM with VCA to achieve learning performance objectives for the Americas
  • Facilitating core program training workshops

Expected Salary Range: $95K-$K/yearly
