Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our luxury products, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, trends, and brand stories.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet daily sales goals, maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, and ensure a strong stock position.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including order entry and receiving responsibilities, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and other sales associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of luxury retail sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and grasping.
