As an OEM Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our OEM business unit by representing the company and interacting with OEM customers, vendors, and potential OEM customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow and Retain Existing OEM Accounts: Present new solutions and services to clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research on customers, their component lines, and maintenance needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Consultation and Recommendations: Consult with customers and make recommendations on CHI OEM products and services to meet their needs.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process OEM part sales, lease, rental, or MRO orders as required.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify and develop plan strategies for OEM business opportunities and communicate customer requirements to assigned Program Managers.
- Education: Associate degree or commensurate experience preferred.
- Experience: Prior account management or commensurate experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiating skills, ability to take initiative, work independently, and remotely, strong financial and analytical skills, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
