Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team at Shorr Packaging. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a driven and ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive account growth and retention
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven sales experience in an industrial setting or packaging industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
