Job Summary

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial and enterprise sectors. This role will involve communicating with customers, making outbound calls, and following up on leads to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-value customers and prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers and prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
