Creative Project Manager

Contract Position - 1 Year with Potential for Extension

HYBRID - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Our esteemed pharmaceutical client is in search of two Creative Project Managers to lead initiatives within their internal advertising agency. This role involves overseeing intricate projects and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. The selected candidates will partner closely with account managers to coordinate daily operations and maintain strong relationships with brand teams.

Project Composition: 60% Digital and 40% Print

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend the Agency Workflow Process, including project initiation, collaboration, necessary approvals, production, and archiving.
  • Familiarize with guidelines related to corporate branding, promotional material development, Veeva PromoMats review, and corporate compliance.
  • Exhibit clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to enhance productivity.
  • Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines from inception to completion across various internal departments.
  • Assist with print, digital, and video projects, ensuring efficient trafficking through the agency.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate communications to guarantee all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an advertising agency is essential, with project management experience being advantageous.
  • 1-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector (not healthcare) within an agency is preferred.
  • Background in account or client services from an agency will also be considered.
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, presentation, and written.
  • A high-energy, positive, and organized individual who excels in a high-visibility role.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to focus on both overarching goals and intricate details.
