  • 5-10 years of experience in an advertising agency, specifically in account/client services within the last 3-5 years.
  • 1-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector (not healthcare) within an agency setting.
  • Excludes media account managers, creative department managers, and advertising sales personnel.
  • Open to candidates with a strategy background, provided they have recent account management experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong client engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of print production processes.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
