Role Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst is a pivotal role within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, responsible for delivering insights that drive the financial health of the Brunswick Boat Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments including operations, sales, and marketing to enhance profitability.
- Analyze and report on financial performance, providing clarity on monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
- Identify critical factors influencing the Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow metrics.
- Generate comprehensive reports that highlight key performance indicators and variance analyses.
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Partner with teams to provide analytical insights and track the progress of key initiatives, including cost-saving measures.
- Utilize data analysis to uncover opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and board meetings.
- Manage capital expenditures and conduct financial analyses to support investment decisions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is essential.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
