Mettawa, IL - Onsite / Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager II with a robust background in account/client services within the advertising sector. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in an advertising agency, with a specific focus on pharmaceutical accounts (not healthcare). Candidates with a strategic mindset and recent account management experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and project oversight.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of agency workflow processes, including project kickoff, approvals, production, and archiving.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in an advertising agency, specifically in account/client services.
  • 1-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector within an agency setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of print production processes.
