Job Summary:

This is a critical role within PMC Global, Inc. that requires a high level of ethics and integrity. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal investigations, resolving employee issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigations and Compliance: Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Employee Relations: Collaborate with management and employees to resolve issues and improve employer-employee relations.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's mission and talent strategy.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop HR staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-5 years of human resource management and investigations experience required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
