As an Arc'teryx Retail Operations Leader, your responsibilities will include: Leading a team in accordance with the Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values
Overseeing daily operations and providing leadership across all facets of the business (experience, product, community, operations, and personnel),
Facilitating training and coaching for a high-performing team through the lens of the Arc'teryx Guest Journey and our dedication to outstanding guest experiences
Setting an example, providing real-time coaching, and empowering the team to take initiative through development plans and training opportunities provided by Arc'teryx and your leadership team
Identifying and nurturing future store leaders in collaboration with your Store Manager
Managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding (hiring, training, development, performance management, and termination)
Committing to and achieving ambitious objectives both in-store and within the community
Enhancing brand visibility and guest loyalty by embodying our company's mission and values
Championing floor leadership and exceptional guest experiences by being present on the sales floor five days a week
Empowering your team to exercise their judgment in all guest service situations
Assisting the Store Manager in all operational aspects, focusing on areas designated by the Store Manager in line with business needs
Collaborating with the Store Manager and Community Marketing Manager to implement store events that support the company mission, drive traffic, and boost community engagement
Working with the Store Manager to assess team needs quarterly to ensure staffing and development align with current and future business requirements

Partnering with the Store Manager and Community Marketing Manager to execute community-focused store events that enhance engagement and traffic.

Are you the ideal candidate for the Retail Operations Leader role? You bring 2-3 years of leadership and retail management experience
You possess dynamic leadership abilities to recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop future leaders
You embody an entrepreneurial mindset and continually adapt to achieve outstanding results
You have a strong commitment to service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting and sales forecasting, gross margin management, expense control, and net profit
You can articulate a clear vision, align your team around shared goals, and foster commitment to these objectives
You effectively balance independence and teamwork
You seek optimal (not merely convenient) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to integrity
Your passion for leadership is matched by your enthusiasm for outdoor activities and experiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Expectations:
All employees' availability must reflect the business needs, which may evolve over time. The Store Manager determines the availability requirements (in collaboration with the Regional Manager), and this schedule may include a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
All employees are expected to be available to work during peak retail periods, including significant sales events and the holiday season, as defined annually based on guest return policies.
You are fully accountable for executing all responsibilities outlined in the Assistant Store Manager Role and Responsibilities document, and you may perform the duties of a Product Guide and Lead as necessary.
$26 - $34 an hour A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $26- $34 USD at the time of this posting. Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and do not include our competitive bonus program and benefits.
