Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and retain retail merchandisers through effective training and development.
  • Manage team performance metrics to ensure compliance with client merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with client representatives to facilitate in-store training sessions for team members.
  • Assign tasks to merchandisers and maintain their work schedules.
  • Complete accurate reporting, including recaps, audits, itineraries, and timekeeping.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of merchandising experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
  • 1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Ability to work from a home office and travel as required.
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and develop team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Effective presentation skills for communicating with store management.

Position Summary:

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Retail Merchandisers to achieve client goals by ensuring compliance with merchandising standards across retail accounts within a designated area.


Essential Duties:
  • Train and prepare Retail Merchandisers to fulfill their job responsibilities effectively.
  • Conduct store audits to ensure adherence to merchandising standards.
  • Support team members in meeting client objectives through effective merchandising practices.
  • Complete timely and accurate reporting as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in merchandising and supervisory roles.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to supervise, delegate, and evaluate team performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and planning abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Word and Excel.
