Main Responsibilities
- Champion the Skechers brand.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through effective product presentation and outstanding service.

Assist in the development of store personnel by coaching them on product knowledge, setting service expectations, and demonstrating visual merchandising standards.

- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Help manage store scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Serve as a product expert and brand ambassador for Skechers.
- Maintain strong operational practices that enhance profitability and outcomes.
- Be proficient in all store systems and processes, including POS operations.
- May be tasked with opening and closing the store as necessary.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Ability to cultivate a respectful, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for store employees.
- Comfortable communicating expectations clearly to team members.
- Flexible and driven to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for Skechers products and the brand.
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
