Compensation & Benefits

Starting Rate:
$18.51/HR

Salary Range:
$18.51 - $19.63

Main Responsibilities

- Promote the Skechers brand effectively.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience through excellent product presentation and service.

- Assist in the development of store personnel by coaching and mentoring them on product knowledge and customer service standards.

- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Help manage store scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Act as a product specialist and brand ambassador for Skechers.
- Ensure efficient operational processes that drive profitability and success.
- Serve as the expert on all store systems, including the opening and closing of the POS.
- May be tasked with store opening and closing duties as required.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

- Ability to foster a respectful, safe, and enjoyable work environment for all employees.
- Comfortable communicating expectations clearly to team members.
- Flexible and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for Skechers products and the brand.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
