Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key representative of Gemaire, driving industry leadership through optimal sales and profitability. Oversee inventory management and the presentation of the showroom. Ensure effective inventory control to minimize losses throughout the fiscal year. Recruit, onboard, train, and nurture new team members in alignment with labor regulations and company standards. Supervise the workforce, including Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, Delivery, Fleet Drivers, Showroom,

Counter Sales, and Sales teams.

Foster a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members adhere to safe working practices. Manage the branch's Profit and Loss effectively. Hold oneself and the team accountable for delivering outstanding customer service while promptly addressing

customer inquiries and issues.

Analyze and assess market trends, collaborating with local sales teams and regional

leadership to formulate strategies aimed at increasing store traffic.

Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with

contractors, customers, vendors, and staff.

Organize training sessions for the sales center and coordinate company/center events. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities: This individual is accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership abilities, coaching/mentoring skills, and a team-oriented approach with effective delegation. 2-4 years of operational experience in retail or wholesale sectors. Proven track record of increasing sales in a retail context. Experience in analyzing customer, market, or competitor data to make informed business decisions. Ability to cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and employees. Experience in leading teams towards achieving organizational objectives. Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in the HVAC industry with knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at the distribution level. Experience collaborating with contractors. Previous leadership roles with Profit and Loss responsibilities. Proven success in sales, operations, procurement, and inventory management. Mechanical or technical expertise.

Education and Experience:

Minimum High School diploma or GED

Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in retail or wholesale sectors.
