Position Overview:

As a Retail Operations Leader, you will oversee a designated store, focusing on building and maintaining a high-performing and diverse team, including Assistant Store Leaders and Sales Leads. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest service and effective merchandise presentation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate strategies to boost sales and meet targets.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through optimal product selection and effective communication with corporate.
  • Manage payroll and profit margins within set parameters.
  • Foster strong relationships with venue partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Store Quality to prioritize and execute business objectives.
  • Guide the store team to achieve financial goals, sales metrics, and operational objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and development of a talented workforce.
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest service are consistently met.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in retail management.
  • Proven retail sales experience with strong merchandising skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including staff hiring, training, and motivation.
  • Understanding of guest service programs and commitment to excellence.
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to cultivate a positive work environment.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include frequent standing, walking, and the use of hands for various tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The role may also require lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds.
