Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Traveling Sales and Operations Manager to oversee both sales and operational activities. This role requires significant travel across the U.S., with periods on the road lasting 2-3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Duties: You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. This includes:
    • Traveling extensively to various cities to engage with potential clients.
    • Identifying new sales opportunities through proactive canvassing of warehouses and truck parking facilities.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with truck owners to promote our advertising services.
    • Providing exceptional after-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Operational Duties: As a hands-on manager, you will also lead a small team of production associates, performing physical tasks alongside them. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that trucks are prepared for advertising installations.
    • Managing the installation, repair, and removal of advertising materials, requiring physical stamina and comfort with heights.
    • Utilizing project management tools and software to track progress and ensure successful completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in outside sales.
  • Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to lead generation and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and G-Suite applications is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • A background in business administration, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Work Environment: This position involves extensive travel and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
