AEG is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Supervisor to join our team at One World Observatory. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the kitchen area, ensuring that all food preparation meets our high standards.

Salary: $25/hour + a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) plan.

Job Description

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will report to the Executive Chef and be responsible for following their assignments for opening/closing procedures and food preparation. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors, and drains.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen and be able to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to work all OWO events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
