Job Description:




  • Culinary Operations Management:

  • Ensures the preparation and service of nutritious meals in accordance with established quality guidelines.

  • Coordinates kitchen operations to meet meal deadlines, implementing batch cooking strategies as needed.

  • Prepares and submits food and paper orders according to menu plans and production logs.

  • Conducts temperature checks to ensure food safety, logging results in temperature logs.

  • Maintains a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation requirements and cleaning schedules.

  • Updates production records and temperature logs in a timely manner.

  • Complies with food handling certification requirements and attends regular kitchen meetings.

  • Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:




  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition standards.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.

  • Food handler certification and relevant training programs.
